(do absolutely nothing) or do you catch up on some work and try and be
productive?

time at the airport when you’re waiting for your connecting flight? Do
you go shopping, read a newspaper, get connected to the internet, or do you
just watch people?

Playing video games is a great way to kill time. It epitomizes the
expression, “Time flies when you’re
having fun.” The other thing is that it is addictive, so you don’t notice the
time passing.

Do you think that reading novels or fiction books
will become a thing of the past? With all of the media we have these days, can
you find time to set aside and read a good book? The internet is so portable
that you can keep up with social media no matter where you are and kill time, even when you are at the
bank.

Workaholics don’t have much time to kill. Their advantage, though, is that they seldom get
bored.

Sleeping is on the top of many people’s lists when
they want to kill time. Sleep
is good, especially in this day and age where it is often sacrificed for work
and other activities.

If you have cable or satellite TV, then you will
have no shortage of channels to choose from when it comes to killing time. I sometimes kill time in between teaching
English classes by watching CNN or an episode from a TV series.
